Our job is to find the best insurance offers on the market for you. We compare different insurers that are licensed in Germany, making sure they’re reliable and solid. Here’s a very important point: Honesty. We can only provide the best service if we have all the relevant information from you. This includes details about your personal, professional, and financial situation. If anything changes – like a new job or moving to a new home – please tell us right away.
Why is this so important? Because if the information is incomplete or incorrect, it could cause serious issues later on, especially when it comes to making a claim. We want to make sure everything runs smoothly for you, so transparency from the start is key.
Another important point: This agreement means you are working exclusively with us as your insurance broker. If at any point you decide to hire another broker or agent, please let us know immediately. We’ll need to adjust this agreement because we cannot be responsible for policies that we did not arrange. This is really important to ensure there’s no confusion or issues with your coverage.
If you ever need urgent insurance coverage, for example, if you need immediate protection, please let us know in writing. We’ll do our very best to help, but we can’t guarantee that the insurer will grant immediate coverage. You’ll only be covered once the insurer sends you written confirmation.
